How Do I Get Started?
You can schedule a discovery call with a member of our team to go over your project in more detail once you’ve decided which style and duration you’d want to start with.
Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button of your selection. After that, you will be taken to our page for processing payments.
After making a purchase, you will be taken to our onboarding questionnaire, which you will be required to complete in order for us to learn as much as possible about your business and desired video.
Is It Limited To One Video Per Customer?
No, you can order as many as you like. In order to create a longer video, you can also combine multiple orders. For instance, if you order 4 X 30 second packages, you may produce 1 X 120 second video or 4 x 30 second videos for example. Just let us know in the questionnaire.
How Much Content Can Fit In 30 Seconds?
A 30 second script is 75 words, so we can usually fit the following sections: Problem Definition, Solution, Call To Action. But don’t worry, if you want to make your video longer during production, we can expand the length and budget with your approval.
How Does It Work?
After placing your order and completing our questionnaire, we will typically move through the script, voice-over, storyboard, and animation phases within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the package.
We’ll assign a project manager to your video, who will guide you through the process in a ‘done-for-you’ manner for explainer/whiteboard packages and a ‘done-with-you’ manner for premium videos.
Can I Get A Longer Video?
Yes, you can place multiple orders for 30 second packages and either merge them into a single video or distribute them over several videos. Just make sure to note in the questionnaire how you want to utilize your seconds, such as if you want one long video or multiple short videos etc.
What If I Don't Like The Video?
Once we deliver your first video preview, you will be able to make 2 rounds of modifications free of charge .
